(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondents to provide the active user ID and password for login into GST website and also to decide the representation dated 'Nil' (appended as Annexure P-4). 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with Annexure P-3, where on 25th August, 2017, the petitioner was informed that the Provisional ID/Registration Number is '03AAJFG5529K1ZA' and the user name is 'gckcballpen'. It was pointed out that as such there was no occasion for the petitioner to approach this Court at this stage. Accordingly, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents, in case any grievance remains.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
