Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that let the present writ petition be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous, however, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to seek her other remedies, in accordance with law, including to lay challenge to the order passed by the Chancellor of the respondent-University.
