(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 23.01.2020 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran in FIR No.463 dated 13.12.2014, registered under Section 304-A/279/427 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1); whereby the revision filed by petitioner against order framing charge was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner herein stands acquitted vide order dated 07.12.2022, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate HIMANI GUPTA 2023.02.21 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh Tarn Taran, which fact is not disputed by learned State counsel.
