The present appeal pertains to the year 2010. Vide order dated 02.05.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellants has been received back duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Respondent No.1 is also stated to have been duly served however none has appeared on its behalf as well despite service. Notice issued to respondent No.2 has not been received back served or otherwise. Respondents No.3 and 4 remain unserved as they are not residing at the given address.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
