(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Railway Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur Cantt. to take appropriate action on the representation dated 08.10.2016 (Annexure P-6) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent-Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Railway Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur Cantt. to consider the representation dated 08.10.2016 (Annexure P-6) within a period two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
