RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.5 to comply with the order/direction passed by respondent No.4, Annexure P-6, dated 09.05.2020, within the stipulated period in the interest of justice. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.2 to comply with the order/direction passed by respondent No.3, dated 28.03.2019 within the stipulated period. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2020 (Annexure P-1).

Pursuant to the notice, reply has already been filed. Learned State counsel has submitted that detailed inquiry on the allegations made by the petitioner, was carried out by the BDPO and the same has been placed on record. He has submitted that on all the 14 points the inquiry was MEENU 2023.11.17 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-18802-2020 -2conducted, however, none of the allegations was found to be substantiated and respondent No.9 was found innocent. He submits that in view of the same, grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and hence the petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the record, it is apparent that inquiry on the allegations made by the petitioner has already been carried out, which is placed on record. Respondent No.9 was found innocent. Nothing more survives in the present petition for adjudication. Hence, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies in accordance with law, if any cause of action accrues.
