RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.90, dated 08.07.2022, under Sections 363, 366 IPC (Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act added later on vide DDR/GD No.003 dated 03.08.2022), registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition as the petitioner wants to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned within a week from today and files an application for bail, the concerned Court is requested to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
