The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to consider his case under Clause I (14) of advertisement dated 16.07.2016 (Annexure P-1) and Clause 10 of the guidelines(Annexure P-2) and provide him a special chance to appear in the main examination for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 01.03.2024. Even today, there is no change in the situation. 3.

Division Bench judgment of this Court in 'Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Vs. Lakhan Verma and others', LPA No.1597 of 2019 decided on 11.11.2020, the writ petition is not maintainable. 4.
In view of order dated 11.11.2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court which is based upon judgment of Supreme Court in Rajbir Surajbhan Singh (Supra), this Court is of the opinion that writ petition is not maintainable.
