Mr. Mavpreet Singh, DAG, Punjab puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 4. Without going into the merits of the claim raised in this petition, respondent no.3 - Superintendent of Police, Rural, SAS Nagar (Mohali), is directed to conclude the inquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
