It is submitted that though petitioner retired from the post of Safai Sewak on 30.04.2015, none of his retiral benefits have been released. In this respect, representation dated 08.07.2015 has also been submitted by the petitioner but to no avail. At this stage, it is prayed that respondents be directed to decide representation dated 08.07.2015 Annexure P1, served upon them by the petitioner in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the limited prayer, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to OMKAR SINGH 2015.12.05 10:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
