(Oral) Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to restore the bus service to their village as certain transporters have been granted permit for the said route. Learned State counsel submits that corrective measures shall be taken and the concerned authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and examine whether a permit can be granted for the route where village Kakuwal is situated.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
