Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the tentative seniority list of clerical staff, dated 27.05.2024, Annexure P-6.

It is apparent on record that after issuing the impugned tentative seniority list, objections were invited from the employees vide letter, dated 27.05.2024, Annexure P-6. In response thereto, the petitioner submitted objections vide letter, dated 06.06.2024, Annexure P-7, which are yet to be decided.

It is not in dispute that the seniority list has not been finalized by the Department so far. Therefore, the petition is premature, and is disposed of as such.
