The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.3 to 5 to transfer case enquiry to the Central Bureau of Investigation and to consider and decide the representation dated 23.06.2023 (Annexure P-6).

Learned State counsel states that an FIR No.411, dated 01.08.2023 has already been registered against the son of the petitioner and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
