Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra to take appropriate decision on the report submitted to him by respondent No.3-Block Development & Panchayat Officer, Thanesar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner has already filed representations dated 17.01.2017 (Annexure P3) and dated 21.12.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, which remained unattended by now. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra to decide petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2017 (Annexure P4) by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
