(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that his service book was sent to the office of respondent No.2 and in absence of the same, the pay scale of the petitioner has not been re-fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also made representation dated 17.08.2016 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to consider representation dated 17.08.2016 (Annexure P-2) within some stipulated period.

Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the representation dated 17.08.2016 (Annexure P-2) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
