The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization and to grant regular pay scale or at least minimum pay scale for the post held by the petitioner and to release the culminating benefits @ 12% interest p.a. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the representations dated 25.05.2025 and dated 12.03.2026 (Annexures P-9 & P-10).

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the respondents/Competent Authority are directed to decide the representations dated 25.05.2025 and dated 12.03.2026 (Annexures P-9 & P-10), after SEEMA SHARMA 2026.05.30 12:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.16853 of 2026 -2providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today. A copy of the said speaking order shall thereafter be supplied to the petitioner within one week.
