(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Panipat, District Panipat to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.333 dated 22.8.2020 registered at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat under Sections 306 and 34 of Indian Penal Code is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is filed thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Panipat, District Panipat so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
