Mr. R.K. Girdhwal, Advocate for the petitioner. AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner having been posted out from Jhajjar (where he was posted on 31.8.2016 vide the order Annexure P/1), vide the impugned order dated 03.07.2017, now posting him to Gurugram, within 11 months from his previous transfer, the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court passed in CWP No.17899 of 2017 and other connected petitions, on 01.09.2017.

Consequently, the impugned order is quashed and the petitioner is allowed to continue at Jhajjar for two years as per the policy (Annexure P/4), two years to be counted after deducting the period that he remained now posted at Gurugram. Petition stands allowed.
