This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as she is facing unnecessary harassment. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that in this respect a representation dated 18.07.2023 has also been given to the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, which has been appended with the petition as Annexure P-1. However, no action has been taken on the same. 3.
