Petitioner has impugned the order, Annexure P-1 whereby 300 times penal rent is sought to be recovered from her on account of overstay in the family quarter. At the outset, learned State counsel points out that matter has been dealt with in the judgment rendered by this court in CWP No. 3392 of 2017 titled as Babu Lal vs. State of Haryana & ors. decided on 12.05.2017.

Under the circumstances, instant petition is disposed of and matter is remitted to respondent no. 4 for consideration afresh in light of judment in Babu Lal's case (supra).
