Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed. Delay of 244 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Learned counsel for the appellant-State submits that the issue raised in the present appeal has already been decided by the Coordinate Division Bench of this Court while deciding LPA No.1810 of 2025 titled as AAS Mohammad and others vs. State of Haryana and others on 23.04.2026 and the present appeal be also disposed of in same terms. 2.
