(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent Bank to restrain from issuing any notice to the petitioner regarding the loan which petitioner has not taken and further direction be issued to CIBIL not to reduce the petitioner's CIBIL Score on the basis of information supplied by the State Bank of India, Branch Matour, Sector 70, Mohali. Besides, a prayer has also been made for issuing direction to the State Bank of India, Branch Matour, Sector 70, Mohali, for not giving the wrong information to CIBIL, because of which the score of the petitioner has been lowered for no valid reason. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Annexure P-1 was issued by the State Bank of India, Sector 17-B, Main Branch, Chandigarh. However, no reply thereto has been filed by the petitioner. Though the reply has been filed to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Branch Matour, Sector 70, Mohali. Accordingly, a prayer was made that the he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive reply to Annexure P-1 to the concerned Branch i.e. the State Bank of India, Sector 17-B, Main Branch, Chandigarh.
