At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal to consider and decide the representation dated 03.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner seeking protection of her life and liberty. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and in particular the legality of the alleged relationship, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal to forthwith consider the aforesaid representation dated 03.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) made on behalf of the petitioner and thereafter, take appropriate action on the same as is deemed fit, in accordance with law to ensure the protection of life and liberty of the petitioner.
