(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No. 0010, dated 02.5.2022, Police Station NRI, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, under Sections 255, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, which is still at the stage of investigation. The main contention of the petitioner is that he is in fact a bona fide purchaser and cannot be said to be a part and parcel of the alleged conspiracy.
