RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) Appellant-Dr. Naresh Kaler, has filed the present appeal against the order dated 05.11.2009 passed by the learned Guardian Judge, Chandigarh, whereby the petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 and Sections 6 and 8 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship and Wards Act, for custody of minor children, namely; Gurusha and Rudraansh, was dismissed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous as both the minor children have attained majority.
