The order dated 06.05.2022, of which the contempt is alleged, has since been challenged in LPA-1003-2023 titled as 'The State of Haryana & Anr. V/s Ishwar Sharma & Ors.'. Vide order dated 17.08.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the operation of the order dated 06.05.2022 has been stayed. The said LPA is still pending. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition at this stage.
