Notice of motion.
Ms. Neha Jaggi, Advocate having served with an advance copy of the petition, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents/UOI and assures the Court that pending review petition dated 30.08.2025 (Annexure P-10) of the petitioner will be decided by respondent No.1 within time bound manner.
