The instant writ petition has been filed through General Power of Attorney, Pardesh Kumar Gupta, who is present in Court. He has given in writing an application that he does not want to pursue this case and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally. Some of the petitioners have separately engaged their counsel through whom they insist to continue with these proceedings.
