**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for setting aside order dated 30.07.2018 passed by respondent No. 3 whereby petitioners have been sent on deputation for four months to Palwal without obtaining consent of the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that earlier they have been sent on deputation for four months, vide Annexure P-1 colly and they have also joined their duties without objections. After going through the impugned, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order, as learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to show any order/instructions, which lays down that it is necessary to take a consent from an employee before sending him on deputation. The petition is dismissed.
