Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the petitioners were in service there were vacancies against which the petitioners could be promoted but unfortunately, the claim of the petitioners was not considered and the petitioners were retired from the service, hence, the petitioners intend to approach the respondents by way of filing comprehensive representation and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State and submits that in case, the petitioners file any such representation with the authority concerned, the same will be considered in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within

CWP-28703-2013 (O&M) -2a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the claim of the petitioners is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the same will be mentioned in the speaking order. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
