-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to surrender and seek regular bail from the trial Court, which be decided by the trial Court in a time bound manner.

In the light of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within 'ten days' from today and in case he moves any regular bail application, the same be decided by the Court concerned within 'three days' thereafter, in accordance with law.
