Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondents to supply copy of complaint along with documents attached to it. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner has made representation dated 24.07.2018 (Annexure P7) before respondent No.2-Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, but the same has not been supplied and is still pending with that authority for decision..

In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula to decide representation dated 24.07.2018 (Annexure P7) expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Till such representation is decided, no action be taken on that basis.
