RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order dated 11.07.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track, Special Court under POCSO Act), Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhary, vide which application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling the victim for re-examination has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
