Present:

Mr. Bhisham Kumar Majoka, Advocate for the petitioner. RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to the Advertisement (P.1) dated 24.11.2015, the petitioner applied for the post of Clerk vide his application form (P.4). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the petitioner has mentioned in his application form (P.4) that he belongs to Disabled Ex-Servicemen instead of "Ortho Handicapped" and this mistake requires to be removed as he is handicap to the extent of 70%. He submits that a representation dated 01.5.2018 (P.6) regarding correction in the sub category has already been made to the respondents but no action as yet has been taken.

In view of aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and look into the representation (P.6) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
