(ORAL) Present revision petition has been filed for quashing impugned order dated 16.07.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in case FIR No.160 dated 11.08.2019, registered under Sections 306 read with Section 34 of IPC, at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana, whereby charge under Section 306 IPC was framed against the petitioner.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daljit Singh, submits that during pendency of revision petition, trial is half way through as out of 14 witnesses, 7 have already been examined. 3.

Being so, it is too belated at this stage, to quash framing of charges against petitioner vide impugned order dated 16.07.2022 as pleas taken in this Court and the other defences which he may have to take, can now be taken up before learned trial Court after conclusion of testimony of rest of witnesses. 4.

Petition is disposed of, accordingly with liberty aforesaid. All the issues/ contentions are left open to be decided by learned trial Court. 5.
