This contempt petition has been filed alleging defiance of direction dated 25.01.2018, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ Court. 2.

A perusal of the petition shows that the petitioner has claimed that despite the fact that she was protected by this Court vide direction, Annexure P-1, she has been relieved from service on 17.02.2025, Annexure P-8. 3.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. 4.

State counsel has placed on record a copy of Memo No. 15/134-2005 C-1(5/1) dated 10.07.2025, to submit that the petitioner has been permitted to rejoin the service as Extension Lecturer in the subject of Mathematics, and Department has reserved its right to pass a fresh speaking order regarding her eligibility. A copy of joining report dated 11.07.2025, has been separately filed. Both the documents have been taken on record. Copies thereof have been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
