(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date the services of his juniors were regularized and as a result thereof, consider him for further promotion and arrears of consequential benefits such as revision in salary be provided with interest @ 12% per annum from the date the amount became due and also consider him for grant of pension and in alternative direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P4), by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (NAMIT KUMAR) JUDGE 19.07.
