Appellant No.2, namely, Tehal Singh s/o Jhanda Singh has tendered a statement, for and on behalf of other appellants/their LRs, to the effect that appellant No.2 on the basis of mutual understanding and the compromise with respondents arrived out of the court, this appeal has become infructuous.

Since the appellants have entered into compromise/mutual understanding with the respondents and as prayed for by them, this appeal is held to have become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

The applications as well as the main appeal stand disposed of.
