Mr. Bhupender Beniwal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, appearing on behalf of the respondent - State of Punjab, submits that one Shaffi Ali S/o Babbu Deen, allegedly abducted by co-respondent Nos. 4 to 6, and, whereupon the petitioner was led to make a motion, before this Court, for a direction being made to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Hoshiarpur, to cause the production of the afore, before this Court, has since been recovered, and, he has joined his family. 2.

The afore Shaffi Ali S/o Babbu Deen (Detenue), has been produced by the Investigating Officer, before this Court. The Investigating Officer concerned submits that the afore is a major, and, he has joined his family members. Moreover, the afore detenue - Shaffi Ali, has deposed, on oath, that he has joined the matrimonial company of his wife - Jatun, i.e. DINESH KUMAR 2021.11.22 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.R.W.P. No. 9301 of 2021 (O&M) -2the petitioner, and, wants to stay in her company. 3.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, meted to him, does not want to pursue any further the criminal writ petition, rather seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Permission granted.
