Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 not to continue the construction work of village phirni of village Hassanpur, Tehsil Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar without any demarcation thereof and without removing the unauthorized possession over it by the near and dears of Sarpanch of the village.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in this regard, petitioner made detailed representation dated 16.07.2018 (Annexure P3) before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar to take required action, but still no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar to take decision on representation dated 16.07.2018 (Annexure P3), after hearing the petitioner, by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.08.03 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
