RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court second time praying for directing the official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against accused/respondent Nos.4 to 11 in case FIR No.0351, dated 26.06.2022, under Sections 18, 6 of POCSO Act and Sections 148 and 506 IPC. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner for almost similar prayer was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2022. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and at the outset submits that after investigation, the Investigating Agency has recommended the cancellation of the FIR and the same is likely to be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Heard.
