Mr. Vikram Sheoran, Advocate for the petitioners. RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) The petitioners, who have been selected as JBT Teachers in pursuance of Advertisement issued in 2006, have sought mandamus directing the respondents to assign the home districts while posting them, in the light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.17240 of 2016 titled Anand Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and Others (P.4). It is stated that the petitioners have already made a representation dated 10.6.2018 (P.5) in this regard stating that they joined as JBT Teachers in 2008 and 2011 respectively and are entitled to be allotted their home districts in inter district transfer after relieving the guest teachers.

It is further stated in the representation that the State of Haryana has filed an affidavit that services of guest teachers shall be terminated on the availability of the regular persons. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and perusing the paper book, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and look into the representation MANOJ KUMAR 2018.08.
