The petitioner has filed the instant petition for directions to the respondents No.2 to 4 to look into the matter as the respondents No.5 and 6 are helping the the respondent No.7 in grabbing his property and they be directed not to harass the petitioner by repeatedly calling him to the police station.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 6 only. 3.

Mr. Eklavya Darshi, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 6.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the private respondents are not vacating the premises of the petitioner and threatening him and his mother. The petitioner has filed a complaint (Annexure P4) against the respondent No.7 but the respondents No.5 and 6 being police officials have been calling him repeatedly in the police station DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2025.08.07 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document to harass and humiliate him at the instance of respondent No.7. The above

Criminal Misc. No. M-31530 of 2025 referred complaint is yet to be disposed of. He further submits that a direction for disposing of the complaint (Annexure P4) be given to the concerned authorities and the instant writ petition be disposed of. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the complaint (Annexure P4) within a period of 15 days from today, by passing a speaking order.
