(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition to enable the petitioner to file a response to the notice dated 15.04.2025 issued to him by the respondents.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is clarified that in case, the petitioner files a response to the aforesaid notice dated 15.04.2025 liberty of which has been sought and got through the instant order within one week from today, the same shall be accepted by the respondents and after considering the contents thereof, a final order shall be passed within one month but only after hearing all concerned and of course, in accordance with law.
