* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioners at this stage merely seek an order directing the respondents to consider their representations dated 25.08.2010 (Annexure P-3) and 23.12.2014 (Annexure P-4).

The respondents are directed to consider the representations. It is, however, clarified that this order does not create any rights of any nature whatsoever in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners have based their claim upon an order dated 07.07.1994 in CWP-3225-1992 titled as Siri Kishan and others Vs State of Haryana and another. They claim to be the heirs of the petitioners therein.

It is clarified that this order does not under any circumstances even condone the delay of over twenty years. The respondents shall merely be required to respond to the representations without considering themselves as being bound to confer any right in favour of the petitioners. 3.
