***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.(ORAL) Counsel for the respondents has submitted that since the petitioner has paid the road tax and the permit has been renewed, therefore, the case of the petitioner shall be considered by the competent authority in terms of the Policy of 2013.

It is needless to mention that the competent authority shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of one month.
