Counsel for the respondent-Bank states that no amount has been deposited by the petitioner in compliance to the order dated 14.12.2017. He further states that the matter is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, wherein ad interim stay has been declined to the petitioners. [3] In this view of the matter, we refuse to entertain the instant writ petition and relegate the petitioners to raise all their pleas including those raised in the instant writ petition before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
