The affidavit, in compliance to the order made by this Court on 11.11.2021, is already on record, 2.

The learned State counsel, has placed on record the judgment of acquittal qua the respondents concerned, as made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, upon CIS Registration No. 3783-2018, as arises from FIR No. 239 of 28.2.2018, registered at Police Station Central, Faridabad, and, the same is taken on record.

Since the afore judgment is made in respect of the FIR, embodied in the instant petition. Therefore, the prayer made in the instant petition for transfer of Sessions Case bearing CIS No. S.C. 3783/2018, titled State versus Rajeev Bhati and another, to some other Court of competent jurisdiction in Sessions Division Faridabad, does not survive, and, rather becomes rendered infructuous, and, is disposed of as such.
