(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 5 has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had resigned from the Institution on 24.07.2017, vide Annexure A-1 and the letter of resignation stands accepted by the then Chairman on 25.07.2017, vide Annexure A-2 and the petitioner was thereafter relieved from the institute by order of the Principal dated 26.07.2017, vide Annexure P-3.
