Prayer has been made for disposing of the matter in terms of compromise whereby applicant-Insurance Company (respondent No.3) is to make the payment of `4,50,000/- in addition to the awarded amount and the said amount is to be made within three weeks from today. Learned counsel representing the appellant has also shown his willingness to dispose of the matter in terms of the compromise. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise, having mutually entered between the parties. The civil misc. application as well as the main appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise.
